It’s not unheard of when high school seniors play a memorable prank before graduation. Unfortunately the prank at Chimacum High School over this past weekend will long be remembered for the wrong reasons.
School personnel arrived back on Monday to find the graffiti prank on the sidewalks, but the word “senior” was misspelled not once, but twice. Outside the front office read “senor power,” while another behind the school was only one word: “seinor.”
Principal Whitney Meissner spoke with The Peninsula Daily News about the prank saying “I think they were probably in a hurry, since they didn’t want to be seen outside the front of the school spray painting the sidewalk”. She went on to say “But it doesn’t reflect very well on the educational system.”
